House Rules

The general terms and conditions together with these house rules form an integral part of the hotel contract, and their acceptance is required before any booking is concluded. Submitting a booking request implies full and unreserved acceptance of these provisions. The rooms made available to our guests are inspected, functional and in good condition.

BOOKING, ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

• Room occupancy runs from 3:00 p.m. until 12:00 noon the following day.
• All reservations are held until 4:00 p.m.; after that time the hotel reserves the right to release the reserved rooms, unless the guest has notified the hotel of a late arrival.
• Guaranteed reservations are held until 12:00 noon the following day. Any cancellation must be made no later than 48 hours before the arrival date. Beyond that deadline, no refund is possible.
• Guests arriving without a reservation will be required to pay in cash or provide a card imprint at check-in. Personal cheques are not accepted unless certified.
• All cash payments are subject to stamp duty in accordance with the regulations in force.
• Anyone wishing to stay at the hotel must present valid identification, as must any accompanying guests.
• Couples must present a family record book. Failing that, they must provide supporting documentation or book two separate rooms, with movement between them strictly prohibited.
• Minors are admitted only when accompanied by their parents, or upon presentation of formal parental authorisation.
• Driving licences and foreign identity cards are not accepted as proof of identity.
• The hotel issues no refund in the event of cancellation or early departure.
• Payment for services provided by the establishment is due upon the guest's arrival.
• Rooms must be vacated before 12:00 noon. A surcharge of DZD 1,500 per hour of delay will be charged. Beyond three hours, an additional night will be charged at the current rate.
• A deposit of DZD 10,000 per room is taken at check-in and returned on the day of departure provided no damage is found.

PROHIBITIONS

• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the establishment, including in the rooms. A fine of DZD 20,000 will be applied in the event of non-compliance, and access to the hotel may be refused in the future.
• An access card is issued to each guest for the duration of the stay. A charge of DZD 1,000 applies if it is lost.
• For group bookings, the group leader assumes full responsibility for all members of the group. Any damage caused will be charged to their account.
• Pets are not permitted on the premises.
• Bringing in food from outside the hotel is prohibited.
• Guests must not carry bulky or dangerous items (bladed weapons, shisha pipes, electrical appliances, and the like).
• Any firearm must be deposited in the safe provided for that purpose. The magazine remains the responsibility of its owner.
• Removing any item belonging to the hotel is prohibited. Rooms are inventoried before departure.
• Towels and bathrobes provided in the rooms must not be used outside them.

OTHER CONDITIONS

• Management accepts no liability for the theft or loss of valuables left in the rooms. Guests are advised to use the safes provided.
• The hotel is not liable for the theft of, or damage to, vehicles parked in the car park.
• Any damage or breakage found in the rooms or in the common areas will be charged to the guest, including repair costs and the resulting loss of use.
• Appropriate attire is required in the hotel's common areas.
• Reception accepts no responsibility for luggage or belongings left in public areas.
• Parking is free, cannot be reserved and has limited capacity. Spaces for guests with reduced mobility have priority.
• Visitors who are not resident at the hotel are admitted only to the common areas (restaurant, cafeteria, lobby).
