Cancellation terms
Any cancellation request must be made in writing (email to contact@hotelboumerdesplaza.com or via your guest account). The cancellation period is calculated from the receipt of the message by our team.
More than 48 hours before arrival: Free cancellation — full refund of the deposit paid within 5 to 10 business days.
Between 24 and 48 hours before arrival: 50% of the deposit is retained as compensation. The remaining balance is refunded.
Less than 24 hours before arrival: 100% of the deposit is retained. No refund will be made.
No-show: In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the entire deposit is acquired by the hotel.

Reservation modifications
Modifications of dates or room type are accepted free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival, subject to availability. Any modification within 48 hours prior to arrival is subject to the cancellation conditions above.

Exceptional circumstances
In case of proven force majeure (natural disaster, official border closure, government decision to restrict travel), the hotel undertakes to offer a postponement of the stay at no cost or a full refund, upon presentation of appropriate supporting documents.

Refund procedure
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the one used during the reservation (CIB/E-Dahabia card or bank transfer). The processing time is 5 to 10 business days from the confirmation of the cancellation.
Specific pricing conditions (non-refundable rates, promotional packages) may apply to certain offers and prevail over this policy. These conditions are clearly indicated at the time of booking.
